ASIC Assist was founded by Ryan Harrison, an Australian compliance professional and business owner who saw how confusing, time consuming and unnecessarily expensive regulatory administration can become for small businesses.
Ryan has worked as a Responsible Manager since 2010, with experience across mortgage broking, mortgage management, consumer credit, company administration and business compliance. ASIC Assist combines that practical perspective with AI guidance and access to human help when a matter needs a closer look.

It is human help for a straightforward matter that needs another set of eyes. If the work is more substantial, ASIC Assist will explain what is required and quote the cost before proceeding.
Is this legal or accounting advice?
No. ASIC Assist provides general information and practical compliance assistance. Where legal, accounting or another specialist form of professional advice is appropriate, we will say so.
